The following actions will result in a Warning, and possibly a Ban

• Uploading files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity that you do not have ownership of.
• Uploading files whose intended use or purpose is to harass individual(s) or Objects

The following actions will result in an immediate Ban

• Uploading files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws pertaining to digital content usage.
• Uploading files containing pornography which includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
• Uploading files containing solicitation of personal information from anyone under 18
• Uploading files promoting racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
• Uploading Any type of file that could be harmful to other person(s). This includes all viruses, trojans, backdoors, and many others.
• Modifying any information sent on sleekupload
• Hacking into/Using another user's account
• Exploiting a bug on sleekupload
• Attempting to breach authentication on sleekupload.com

A ban will result in:

• Termination of account
• Permanent deletion of all files associated with the account
• Authorities and copyright owner may be contacted, as well as given all information.

You will only receive one warning. upon a second warning, your account will be banned.
